The Ocean City Arts Center is a gallery space and learning institution offering classes and workshops, as well as four large studios, a dance space, a music area, a reference library, and darkroom facilities. Visitors will want to start by simply perusing the gallery, which changes its exhibit monthly and features fine regional artists such as pastel painter Betty Bembry, and master quilter Debra Harry. The Center lies in the heart of town, near Carnival Bayou.
